About me
It has now been more than seven years since I took my first steps into trading. I started with the DAX before moving to the US markets, mainly the ES, NQ, YM and RTY futures. After trying many tools, I found that the order book was the most effective one for my trading, and I specialized in it. I took two dedicated order book trading trainings, one in Geneva and one in Canada.
For more than four years I mostly scalped the US index futures using the depth of market and liquidity reading. At the end of 2023 I moved into automated trading: I learned programming to build my own trading algorithms, which now run on my own accounts. The goal is to reproduce an order book approach automatically.
I launched SierraOnShop and its YouTube channel in 2023 to share what I have learned, as transparently as possible. You will find free resources on the YouTube channel and the blog, plus chartbooks and courses for those who want to go further and save time.
